Could someone please help, the tracking number is RM675481205CN. When I track the parcel it says "leaving Guangzhou tac air terminal". It's been there for 101 days already. I checked the longest days it takes to ship to South Africa was 88 days. Could anyone please assist, I really don't know what's happening

1. I found the same tracking as you, so you can consider the parcel lost. Contact seller and tell him you have not receive the parcel and try to have an arrangement with him about your parcel.
