I NEED HELP!!!

I was told to return a faulty screen back to china (shenzhen) this was sent on the 22/11/2015 i had the screen tracked and international signed for when i put in the tracking number on the royal mail it comes up with

'Your item, posted on 22/11/15 with reference RU745518409GB has arrived in BEIJING CHINA and is being processed for delivery'

When the tracking number is input on track-chinapost.com it says

'29-Nov-2015 10:45 Arrival Import customs BEIJING TR'

It is now the 10/12/2015 and i have heard nothing, i was wondering if anyone could help me with what i should do as i will not get my refund until the screen is signed for and i have no way of knowing where the parcel is at or even if it is still in china etc.

Thank you, from the most recent update

'Shenzhen exchange bureau ,has imported mutual seal (domestic transit)'

Does this mean that the item should arrive at its destination pretty soon or not as it is signed for too, its just a pain as i won't get my refund until it is signed for.

RU745518409GB is in Shenzhen. Ask receiver call china post hot line 11185 and pickup the parcel asap.

How much is that call going to cost i live in the UK and do not know anyone in china who can call it.
