why does this always happen to me

LK649547694CN

the seller says he shipped the package and that it's "in the post now" and i trust him, he has good feedback
but everywhere i check it's not valid
is there maybe a delay in the system? i've had this number for a while now.
any help is appreciated. i've sent them many messages urging them to ship the item.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_global.php?code=LK649547694CN shows No shipping record. This means your seller never actually shipped anything yet. you might be scammed.

if you just got this number, You should push seller to ship the goods immediately. Tell him if you can not track real shipment data in next 3 days, you will open dispute to aliexpress/amazon/ebay/paypal against fraud.

If you have got this number for long time and paid with paypal/aliexpress, you should open dispute against fraud and claim refund.

I see many people are having this problem. Are you sure this isn't an issue with China Post?
My seller insists he sent the item.

i am sure this is not china post problem, it is because your seller has not shipped anything.
