I sent it on 7th maybe 8th June. Its a registered mail to Poland. Looking into "tracking" I can see it left Shanghai on 10th June. A week ago I went to post office from which I made this post and asked if it has left this country (since Shanghai isn't China), they said it has, though I have my serious doubts. They said I should check it again in a few days, because its en route. Today we have 4th July and the state didn't change a bit! What is going on?
I have plenty other tracking codes of parcels I made in June and all without luck - all got the same "issue". Is this China global problem? Even regular letters don't reach destinations. TaoBao sellers purchasing goods from abroad confirm they're getting problems getting stuff to China, even Embassy have postal problems (I aksed this as well). Can you confirm it? Is it possible that China halted the entire international in-out postal service (at least in June and ALL parcels made in that period are lost)? My bro sent something from Poland to me on May (also a registered airmail) and until today I haven't gotten around it (even though the return address had been clearly written on it).

According to ETA time for Poland is 16 days (the longest period), then even assuming the worst case scenario I should've got it even before July!
