your parcel seems have problem to pass security check. what is the item inside? you'd better provide tracking number.

The items are four car spark plugs. I can't see why they would be an issue for security.

Sometimes those electronic devices might be rejected by mistake. I suggest you wait another 2 weeks and see what happens. If there is still no new status and you still do not get the goods, you need open dispute to seller for non-arrival parcel.

I am amazed that a mistake could be made over park plugs......everyone knows what a spark plug is.
