Greetings

It's been a month since the eletronic data was received and 21 days since the package arrived in Brazil (country of destination), but I have received no updates since then.

The shipping is via Air Mail and this is my last notification:
2017-05-25 12:50:00.0
arrive Brazil 库里提巴 Transit Station

Parcel No.RF710068505CN

I would like to know what could have happened, if I just have to wait or if I should do something.

RF710068505CN arrived CURITIBA on May 25. It is in the hand of Brazil Post. Normally should be delivered within 10 days by Brazil Post. So I believe it should have some delivery problem. Contact Brazil Post and see if they can find the parcel. If not , open dispute to seller for lost parcel.
