Hi, could you please update the delivery address for parcel no RV815211440CN by adding the company name where it should be delivered, which is Citibank Europe PLC Magyarországi Fióktelepe?
There was a delivery attempt but probably this is the reason it was not delivered.

unfortunately you can not change address after parcel is shipped.

Hungary post website shows the parcel now is in Hungary Post office in Nemzetközi Posta Kicserélő Központ.

You need go to that post office to pickup the parcel.
