China is still a developing country, post system is not as organized as western countries.

Many area especially newly developed area and rural area has no China Post delivery service, those areas do not even have an official address.

If your seller gives an address without street name and house number, it is very possible that his area has no China Post delivery service and you should be very very cautious.

If your parcel is shipped to those areas, and you want to make sure your parcel can be deliverable, the best way is to use courier service such as EMS,DHL, UPS , Fedex instead of regular airmail parcel. Those courier service will call receiver if they can not understand those strange address. The delivery successful rate is much higher than airmail parcels.
