hi my packaged with tracking number EV935851691CN is being kept at customs as seller didn't put my address on the package.

I have contacted customs and they are saying seller needs to get Chinapost to contact parcelforce to confirm address. Seller is telling me that Chinapost are unable to do this.

Please can someone let me know how i can go about getting chinapost to confirm my address to parcelforce?

If address is wrongly printed in the parcel, you can not get it delivered. Your parcel will be returned to China.

If this is seller's fault, you need open dispute to seller for refund.
