Hi my name is Ulises,

I bought the 2015-11-03 from eBay an ítem (four pendrives) RI668364521CN .I have been waiting for my ítem more tan 4 months and I do not know why my ítem does not move from china. Since the 2015-11-13 12:33:11.0 it has benn in "Guangzhou Transit Station export customs cleared ".

Why it does not arrive to destination USA California?
Do I have to do something?

USPS does not scan China Post register mail anymore. So you can not know location status even it has arrived USA.

But how can I know if it has been sent to USA?
I s it still in China?
How do I do to receive it?

you can not know if register mail has arrived USA or not.

however, http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php shows the parcel last status was in Guangzhou on Nov 13,2015. This is a bad news. based on my experience, parcel should arrive USA in 30 days after its last china location status (in your case,"Guangzhou Transit Station export customs cleared"). So you should have received it in mid of Dec ,2015.

since you have not got the parcel now, it is very likely that your parcel is lost.

So what happens if it is lost? Is there any method to find my parcel?
What do they do with the lost parcels?
What procedures shold I follow?

if you are shipper, bring your original shipping receipt and go to China Post office where you shipped the parcel originally, file an investigation request. After 2 or 3 months, China Post will give you some solution or compensation.
