Post 3 weeks with the same status!!

Hi there. I know ordering something from China to the US could take weeks to a month usually. The problem is, my order has been displaying the message "Origin Post is Preparing Shipment, We have received notice that the originating post is preparing to dispatch this mail piece". for three whole weeks and has not changed. I'm worried that my package is lost. If the status was constantly updating, I wouldn't be as worried. What's going on?
My tracking number is LW043745125CN.

LW043745125CN is ok, no need worry. US government has started special inspection process on parcels from China and caused serious delay since March 2017. you need some patient.
