One has already arrived some days ago what is with the second one??

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=CY534861780DE shows the 2nd parcel is still in Shenyang customs. It might need to make in person customs clearance. Please ask receiver call China Post hotline 11185 and go to China Post Shenyang office to make customs clearance and pickup the item.
