Post ı want a refund

Hello, as you know, i had ordered a pair of boots from you in Dec. 23 2016 and they delivered to my house 31 January. Unfortunalety in these days i was in abroad, so i couldn't reach to post office to take my product. I've returned to Ankara this morning and i tried to reach China Post Air, but i couldn't succeed. Do you have suggestions for me about this problem ? Thank you.

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows the parcel was returned to shipper in China on Feb 27. You can not get the parcel anymore.

Open dispute to seller for non-arrival parcel and claim refund.
