I made this order in January and the only thing i have received is the tracking number.(LS229033575CN) when i look it up there isnothing there where the package isn't found. Help me or i will like to get a refund

http://track-chinapost.com/result_global.php?code=LS229033575CN shows No shipping record. This means your seller did not ship anything to you. You are very likely to be scammed.

if you have got this number for long time and paid with paypal/aliexpress/WISH/AMAZON, you need open dispute immediately against fraud and claim refund.
