Hello! Where is my order. It was shipped on the 12th. I still do not see any update to the tracking information. When will I receive it!!

now is rush season, processing is slow. wait one more week and track it in http://track-chinapost.com/startusa.php, you will see new status.

Hello good morning I would like to know where is my order track number RI386141068CN it's suppost to getting some time between 30 Nov and 10 Dec but it not arrived yet and no progress show at all

now is rush season, shipping time might take 2 or 3 more weeks than regular season.

Yeah but that is not our fault because if we placed a order and giver us the estimated date and if we see that is plenty time before the day we need you just have to keep the dates because know a lot of people especial kids they will be without Christmas presents

if your seller promised you delivery before Xmas, it is his fault. He should know that parcel might take longer shipment time in Xmas rush season . You should open dispute to seller and claim refund for misleading shipment promise.
