the shipment status has been "Item presented to import Customs" for the last 10 days. When will it go through?

CY290912131DE arrived in China customs on Dec 10. But the receiver does not make customs clearance. Are you sure the recipient want to accept the parcel? If yes, please ask recipient to call China Post hotline 11185 . They will guide recipient to make customs clearance.
