http://track-chinapost.com/result_global.php?code=LY404033725CN shows No shipping record. This means your seller did not ship anything to you.
You should push seller to ship the goods immediately. Tell him if you can not track real shipment data in next 3 days, you will open dispute to aliexpress/amazon/ebay/paypal against fraud.

I have also placed order I’ve rone week ago and not received anything I’ve been give this number but doesn’t work can confirm what what is going please

1078090744856870‬ is not a tracking number. It looks like a scam.
