Can you please tell me if this is a legitimate tracking # ( LW509863143CN) and if in effect is in the act of being shipped.... or am I being scammed !! Thank you

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LW509863143CN shows No shipping record. This means your seller applied this tracking number from china post but never actually ship anything to you. You are very likely to be scammed.

if you paid with paypal/aliexpress/WISH/AMAZON, you need open dispute immediately against fraud and claim refund.
