Hi,

I ordered something from http://www.officialburritoblanket.com/ on January 1st, 2020. A few days later, they sent me a tracking number LW414895398CN. I have not received any new tracking information since the 8th or 9th of January. Can you please help me track the package, and possibly ensure the contents of the package and secure its delivery?

I have contacted with the company, and they sent me the tracking number which I already had. I asked for a refund because they claim 3-5 business day delivery for US customers, but it has obviously been longer. I investigate the company and it appears to be a scam, so I tried asking for a refund, but they did not respond. What are my options?

usps.com shows LW414895398CN is out for delivery on January 25, 2020 at 8:05 am in KENDALL PARK, NJ 08824.

you will get it today.
