Hello, can you help me
my code is RC976011701CN
but China Post says it does not exists.
is it fake?

track it in http://track-chinapost.com/,
if your seller really shipped the goods, china post will show location and real shipment date, otherwise it will show China post has not received the parcel

Hi, I received a tracking number for an item but when I check http://track-chinapost.com/ I get this message "Success find: 0 items!" According to the seller, this item was shipped 8 days ago. Am I being scammed by the seller, is this a fake tracking number or is it not registered in your system yet.
Tracking number given is RC996591011CN.
Thanks in advance.

A word of advice.
Patience. Seems like the logistics there is slow when it's regarding shipping. I purchased an item from a seller on aliexpress and was getting upset after the tracking number had been changed and I couldn't get the new one to show any info. I wasn't even getting a reply from the seller??

However, after five days of receiving the new number it finally was able to show my package picked up and in nanjing.

From the day that I purchased the item to the first day the tracking number gave me a response was ten days(not including the purchase day).

The seller will give you a processing time in day(s) and on the order page, once you get a tracking number it tells you to wait 5-10 days for it to be trackable. I was seriously contemplating filing a dispute, but now that I didn't I prevented myself from looking foolish.

Remember you're still ordering from overseas and it will take longer if you haven't expedited your shipping way.

I'm sure people have been taken advantage of by some unscrupulous person(s). But you've got to be a bit patient before automatically crying fowl. Reserve that right after fifteen days after you get a tracking number. You'll still have plenty to file a dispute in that regard. What I would suggest is staying with the higher rated sellers and contacting them before you make a purchase. Good luck

Thank you very much for the information.
After contacting the seller about this, he begs me to close the dispute, because I could track the package in 2 days but I don't have to, he will constantly track it for me and give me an update. Yeah of course, I'm dumb as fu.. and trust a stranger who took my money and gave me a fake # in first place...yeahhhh right 😀 😀 😀

Looks like the tracking number was real. It went to airlines in march 13th, and was first track able on the the 11th. That's sounds about the right time frame. Buyers need to understand that it takes 5-10 days for the item to be trackable. Just like any other company here that has a shipping account they can assign a tracking number to your order, but until it is with the shipper it won't pull any info up. You can't automatically assume the number is fake.

RH019403576CN is not valid number. seller never shipped this parcel to you.

I took the time to track the numbers like the ones above from distraught buyers and so far all of them have shipped. This just confirms that it is a bit slow sometimes on the sellers end and coupled with impatience of the buyer.

Sadly, the moderator doesn't seem to realize this or just doesn't care enough to say that it's sometimes too early to get tracking off the numbers. There are many times where the moderator will tell a forum poster that the number is fake, but in fact it shipped later that month. Don't believe me? Try it yourself and track the numbers. I'm sure there may be a few that haven't, but I couldn't find any.
