Post Fake tracking number?

Ordered 14 days ago and the seller just shipped out my order today when it was coming up for my shipment processing time to end. Gave me the tracking RS304065209NL is this real or not? Was just shipped out this morning, but I've got a feeling I'm going to be scammed as they waited 14 days to ship and only shipped when the processing time was running out.

R*****NL looks like dutch post tracking number, you can verify the num in dutch post website

Thank you, if the item was posted from China why would it be an Dutch carrier?

Many china sellers use dutch post to ship battery item, the parcel will go to Holland first,then transit to other countries
