I have not received any updates and there hasn’t been any movement in like 2 weeks. What is going on????

AT641203874CN arrived at US customs on April 13 but never delivered. Normally this means the parcel address might be wrong. We suggest you wait one more week. If you can't get the goods by end of April, open dispute to seller for refund.
