Hi

I am wondering if I could get some information about where my package LZ069244696CN is. There has been no update on its tracking for 31 days and my last tracking update says it left Shanghai on the 20 of May 2020 on route to Auckland New Zealand but i've heard nothing about it since any information would be helpful.

Our Stats shows package received in Mar. and April is arriving New Zealand recently. On average it takes about 75 days to arrive. May packages should be faster, might takes about 60 days on average. The website will be updated if package left China or returned back. Good luck!
