Hi could you please tell me what is happening with parcel tracking number RB421126206CN. As on your site it shows as Status NULL and location PEK, and has been showing that since the 14th August. If you could shed some light on the subject and as to when I can expect it to arrive in New Zealand would be great.

the parcel RB421126206CN just left Beijing on Aug 14. You need wait another one or two weeks as it takes to transfer from Europe.

Why is it going to Europe, why not from Beijing to New Zealand, or even through Australia to New Zealand, why is it being sent on the longest possible route all the way round the world through Europe?

the parcel RB421126206CN is not to New Zealand. It is to Israel. Please contact your shipper to verify if the parcel tracking number is correct.
