Hi, my order says its been in Customs control warehouse since 13 Sept, could you please explain if there is a problem with my package or if it is a delay. The tracking number is RO004668926CN . Thanks

if no battery inside, then no need worry too much. It might be delayed by holiday rush, you'd better wait one or two more weeks, it should arrive then.

RG035274328CN arrived Luxemburg on Sep 20. you should contact Luxemburg post to pickup the parcel.

RO004668926CN is in shanghai waiting for airline space.
