http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows your seller applied tracking number on Feb 16, but actually shipped the goods on Feb 23. normally parcel from china to India will take 4 to 8 weeks, you need some patient.

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows the parcel was sent to airline on Nov 27,2017. Normally such register mail should arrive Canada in 90 days. I believe it should be lost.

Next time please use China Post ePacket (number begin with L) instead of register mail (number begin with R). register mail is very very very slow in Canada and has high lost rate. Canada Post give very very low processing priority and protection on such parcel.

on the contrast, ePacket is much faster and reliable, arriving canada in about 2 weeks and can be tracked in canada post website.
