Since thanksgiving the epacket has been super slow especially anything from Beijing to JFK. Still waiting to get on board. Other international deliveries are faster than US delivery in general.

No update for 19 days for this package. LS419231568CN
Others came in after over a month.

Absolutely unreliable and unpredictable service. Why even have this service to encourage economy when not deliverying promised 10-20 day delivery? Its only 1-2 days to fly. Can they really can’t afford several flights designated for epackets? And reroute flights to release high volume airports? Are there anyone to solve these issues to be proud of?

Since no one is taking responsibility, they just don’t care.
These on going issues are never ending horror story and not sure why they dont do anything to remedy or work on preventive actions. No improvements were ever seen.

The courier service not Deliver in time I have pay for 13.57$ .Postage date is 17/01/2018(INDIA) . Destination country is china . EMS estimate delivery time is 5 to 9 days.I have pay for EMS speed post.Where my product.very bad service. Please provide tracking information.

My package with AWB RY840947474CN is showing status as "Logistics has been created" since 16 Feb 2018. Kindly let me know the status update for the same.

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows only result "shipping notice received from seller". This means your seller told China Post he plans to ship the goods but never actually shipped anything yet.

You should push seller to ship the goods immediately. Tell him if you can not track real shipment location info, you will open dispute to aliexpress against fraud shipment.
