Post Complaint Tracking

Due to the failure of delivery from Australia Post, my parcel shipped back to China. The sender filled out a form at a local china post branch with no reference number. How can the sender track the compaint? Any telephone number in Beijing China Post I can dial?

+861011185 is the China Post Customer Service number and not helpful at all. I spoke to them and I was advised that there is no complaint record, advised to go to the local post branch. The sender went to the local branch to track, the local branch said they had sent the complaint to the head office in Beijing, but Beijing office said they did not receive anything. How can i chase up to the china post top management about the issue?

For various reasons, shipments to India from Beijing airport are experiencing some delay since July. You need some patient. They should arrive sooner or later.

Was a birthday present for a friend. Completely ruined the surprise. :(
When will I get my package? Its been almost a month for cryin out loud !

RC310530828CN is fake number, seller did not shipped. other parcels are still waiting for airlines.
