Dear all,

can anyone tell me what to do ?

i ordered from aliexpress, my parcel is shippen on something called yanwen express

http://track.yw56.com.cn/en-US/

with the track no. 11512593327 provided by seller.

it shows in the website it is delivered to China post by track no. in subject YC809032988YW

and delivered to saudi as i think 05-09-2015

but this no. YC809032988YW is not trackable on saudi post or even on

http://www.track-chinapost.com/en/

how can i track it inside saudi ?

You can't. Yanwen is a private shipping company whose tracking ends when the item leaves China. You can even see in their tracker; the last line says

2015-09-05 00:00 Saudi Arabia Arrive at Saudi Arabia Airport-(Yanwen's Track End)

There is no way to know the item's status. If it hasn't arrived to you, you need to open a dispute to Aliexpress for lost parcel.
