1. You parcel is in your country, possibly getting to Customs Office clearance and then given to Brunei Post for delivery.

2. Because this is China Post Small Packet Plus, your post Office can not track this number. Now it is treated just like a letter, so no tracking available.

3. I suspect 'Your parcel is delivering right now' means that the mail bag/your parcel was given to your local Post Office Inbound mail Office.

1. Yes the parcel is real, it is in the hands of your Customs/Postal system of your country (Brunei) you need to wait for the parcel. How many days? I can not answer that question. Is your parcel going to be delivered next week, I don't no the answer. How fast is the Customs Officer to clear parcel in your country? How fast is the Postal system in your country?

2. My personal opinion, just wait another 2 weeks if the parcel does not show up then contact seller and tell him you have not received the parcel.

Greats news is i have receive the item but bad news is i bought two and only receive one. what should i do?

1. I guess this is sad news.

2. Here is a bunch of questions to ask yourself:

a. Was the parcel temper with, like small hole or rip a little, or was it intact as the seller put the goods in the parcel?

b. Can 2 articles you bought, can fit in the parcel you received?

c. Was there a packing slip or purchase order inside the parcel?

d. Are you sure you order 2 articles, and did you pay for 2 articles?

3. After you answer the above questions, you should contact seller and tell him your problem with your parcel. That you just received the parcel and there was only one article inside and try to take an arrangement with the seller.
