GUYS HELP ! "Send item abroad" since ove a month ! My name is Devraj Varma, I am from Kolkata. I wanted to know why is my parcels hung in place for this long. Tracking numbers follows as:- RG182361757CN, RM621068945CN, RI487897219CN, BDDU1378051000072957, RI449584793CN, RF030836636CN

I have no idea whats going on. I emailed China post but no reply from their end. Or maybe I sent in wrong email or something. Any suggestions guys ?

My tracking no is RM614364656CN , it shows EDI recieved send item abroad since 27 June 2015 almost three weeks now what does mean , will they ship or they have shipped as it does say anything about arriving in India . Please help if you can

" EDI received " means the parcel has not entered into India Post system. it might be in India customs, might even has not arrived India yet. If your buyer protection is expiring, open dispute. Otherwise keep waiting.

shipping to india is very slow since May. status freeze for 4 to 8 weeks is normal. if your buyer protection is expiring, open dispute. otherwise keep waiting.

IS there still shortage in airline space for shipping to india
please give an exact timeline of when the parcel will be recieved in india
8 weeks is tooo long for registered air mail RF040243663CN

unfortunately you can not get EXACT arrive time for postal parcel. you can only estimate the arrival time from china to india which is about 15 to 50 days.
