Hi
there was a package shipped to me (Iran) almost 2 months ago.
latest tracking report was for June 12th
Parcel No.CP330750482CN

2016-06-12 10:39:50.0 Shantou Transit Station security scan
2016-06-12 10:43:11.0 Shantou Transit Station export customs scan (domestic transit )
2016-06-13 09:39:31.0 Guangzhou Transit Station export security scan
2016-06-13 15:12:31.0 Guangzhou Transit Station export customs cleared

the parcel should have had arrived by now.
can anybody please tell me what happened to the package?

1. Did the seller advise you that the parcel was going to be sent surface mail!

2. format 2: the number starts with “CP” and ends with “CN”, i.e. CP123456789CN
This is China Post registered surface mail. Normally it is much slower than airmail and might take up to 6 months to arrive.

3. It might be the reason you have not received your parcel yet. May I suggest you contact seller and tell him you have not received your parcel and see what he is going to say.
