Post Where is my package?

The status of my shipment (Tracking Number: RB361818834DE) hasn't changed for eight days already. The Latest update was on the 22nd of December 2016 saying "Beijing Transit Station export customs cleared". Does this mean my order is stuck or what as it hasn't been shipped yet? Thanks.

1. This is the tracking of your parcel:
China Post Register Air Mail Tracking System
Parcel No.RB361818834DE tracking result
2016-12-15 04:17:00.0 Frankfurt export customs cleared
2016-12-20 08:25:46.0 Beijing Transit Station import customs scan
2016-12-20 15:25:10.0 Beijing Transit Station import customs cleared (domestic transit )
2016-12-21 08:49:08.0 Beijing Transit Station import customs scan
2016-12-22 09:49:29.0 Beijing Transit Station export customs cleared

2. What I see here is the parcel is arriving from Germany on the 20 Dec in Beijing, then you have some statement as to the effect of Importing meaning incoming to China.

3. But the last tracking is the most troubling one because it's stating Export meaning going out of China. Is that only a mistake of China Post or What!!!!

4. If you are the recipient of the parcel you might want to call China Post Hot Line 11185 (They speak only Mandarin) to find out where is the parcel exactly.

5. You could also advise the seller of the situation about the parcel.

Could someone please help me. I ordered a parcel from ioffer.com on the 24th November and the last deadline day for the delivery was the 29th December, but I've not received any package and I've never been able to track it either. I've contacted the seller a few times and they have never replied and paid through bank card so can't get help from any payment processor. Here is all the details of my order including messages and dates - tracking number: LX223590915CN, November 24, 2016

Can I get my money back please. I have been trying to track the parcel for weeks but can't find it anywhere and have written to you two times trying to get this resolved but still can't get any response from you. Today is the last deadline day for the jacket and again, the post has been but still have no Northface jacket. I have ordered many products from ioffer.com and whenever I have had a problem with an order the sellers have always been happy to help but for some reason not you and I am getting worried now as £45 is a lot of money for a single parent. If I don't get a jacket or a refund I will be taking this matter to someone more official.

1. Your tracking number is a valid tracking number but unfortunately the parcel was never mail. China Post EMS never got your parcel.

2. This is what I get when I track your parcel:

My shipment should be sending from Germany to Hong Kong. Is it passed to another HK carrier or still in Beijing?

2. To my knowledge your parcel is taken charge by China Post, I suspect Beijing was a transit point for the parcel to Hong Kong.

3. Now China Post need to find room on an Aircraft to send your parcel to Hong Kong. I can not give the number of days from Beijing to Hong Kong.

4. Just continue to track your parcel on the Hong Kong Post site for any new movement.
