Hi,

Can you please explain what is happening? What does mean "attempt delivery" ?. It seems package has arrived to the nearest post office to the delivery location, but why it is not delivered yet?

the parcel is in Shenzhen. you should ask receiver contact China Post shenzhen office and pickup the parcel asap.
