This is regarding a shipment I ordered from Ali Express. I am unable to understand the following status messages while tracking the shipment on http://ipsweb.ptcmysore.gov.in/ipswebtracking

4/1/2016 8:03:45 PM India KOLKATA FOREIGN LCAO Send item to customs (Inb) Air BANGALORE SFE
4/6/2016 11:40:43 AM India BANGALORE SUB FGN POST Return item from customs (Inb) Air BANGALORE SFE

I'm not able to understand the last status message - Return Item from Customs. Has it been detained by the customs dept. at Bangalore?

Please help.
