I had ordered an item from ali expesss. The seller used china post airmail system to send to my address. The tracking number which is given to me ,is 02649207832 . But the problem is that china airmail postal system is not updating the tracking details for 2 weeks. I have doubt whether the parcel has been lost. So please suggest me whether I should go for open dispute option at Aliexpess for refund or I still wait for some days !!!

02649207832 is china post ordinary parcel which has very limited tracking result. You can not see updated information after left original post office. But it does not mean it is lost.

the parcel should arrive your country in about 4 to 8 weeks. you need some patient. no need open dispute or ask refund at this moment.
