RD311345986CN left china on Dec 1st. it should have arrived Kuwait long time ago. if you do not got it, i believe it is lost.

I know , it should arrived Kuwait long time ago but some website I saw my parcel in customs because last update in beijen , see this link for my tracking how it move from custom and when they leave my parcel go ??
