Hello.
My tracking number is RM160064793KR
It is written here that the parcel has already been delivered but when I went to the post office postal worker told me that they have not received my package.
I don't know what to do
Can you please help me?

the parcel was delivered by China Post office in 聚丰园路. Try to contact them.

I contacted them, but they said, that they don't have my parcel

China Post shows the parcel was delivered by 聚丰园路 office. They should know where the parcel is. Try to find the manager and complain that you have not got the parcel.
