hi admin,

i'l like to ask what courier yanwen will use to send my package. Tracking number is YC655328225YW, according to the status it has already arrived in my country on may 12 but after that there is no update except for yanwen tracking ended.

would you know where i can follow up on the status?

i'd like to know where it currently is or if it's with the courier how can i know the new tracking number so i can call them up.

yanwen is actually china post regular airmail which can not be tracked. YC655328225YW is just a reference number , not a real tracking number. Yanwen parcel is like a letter, if a letter is lost, you can not know where and when it is lost.
