I've ordered a product on 27/july/2015 and it is still not received. I am really confused with the status as it is stuck from past 30 days 😕
Tracking number is RF057130325CN Please tell me what to do; already extended the protection period. IS there anything else I can do.

Please help

shipping to india is slow. if your buyer protection is still valid, keep waiting. otherwise open dispute for lost parcel.

hmmmm but this thing never happened to me as I always received products within 20-25 days. I guess I have no other option than to wait.
