Hi,

I sent a parcel to Shanghai from the U.K.

There was an 'unsuccessful delivery' made last week now it says 'import security scan' and there has been no update for the last 3 days.

I have told the receiver, my friend in Shanghai to speak to the local Shanghai Post but she says they do not recognise the tracking number RU642908481GB.

Does the tracking number change when it arrives in China?
Do you have any information I can give my friend so she can arrange a redelivery or collect it from a Shanghai Post office.
