Can I know whether it is true that my parcel is still departing or whether it hasn't been updated? It has been stuck saying Shanghai departure. This is my tracking number :RJ521814327CN

status normally will freeze for 2 to 4 weeks after parcel left china.

How about RH136466463CN ? It's kinda stuck in the customs ..
