Hi,
I have ordered a small item less then 1 kg and here is the tracking number : RI491466365CN

and destination is Pakistan.

I have tracked this number and found last update on 13th July, 2015 - Guangzhou departure

After that I'm unable to see any status change.

Can you please assist me for the understanding when I will be able to received the shipment ?

after the parcel left china, the status will freeze for 2 to 6 weeks without changing. it is normal, no need panic.
