Post Tracking Wording Confusing

My tracking number is RM708961547CN

The last tracking update states 'thailand post office delivered'

What exactly does this mean ?

Does it mean my package has been delivered from the transit station to the post office; or

The post office has delivered my package to my address (which it has not) ?

Any help appreciated

Very helpful thanks. Have now traced my package. Would have been very useful if tracking result actually stated that post office delivered to customer rather than ' post office delivered' as previous update was 'at transit station' - when i checked my tracking via china post it was not as detailed as your reply. Thanks
