since oct 19 my parcel status show left outward office of exchange in beijing. is there a some kind of delaying going on.PLEASE HELP ME!!!

your parcel should be outside China now. Status will stuck at its last China location after it left China because none will scan the parcel anymore.

Just to give you some more detail -- after an article leaves China, it's in a sealed mailbag and usually can't be scanned again until it arrives in the destination country. It looks like the item is "stuck" at its last location in China, but in reality, the item is in transit between the two countries. :)

How long will China Post parcel arrive my country? How long will my tracking status be updated?
