to whom it may concern
I have been trying to track two parcels with the following tracking numbers :

RO030712000CN

RF090730535CN

none of them has been updated.
could you please tell me if there is any problem?

RO030712000CN is invalid. shipper either gave you wrong number or did not ship the goods.

RF090730535CN should have left China. You need wait about 2 to 4 weeks to see new status.
