I have 3 pakages sent from China to Qatar :
RK048172398CN
RM601339511CN
RK062836306CN

they have been to airline since 11Sep2014 .. so it has been more than 30 days !! the link for global tracking to Qatar is not working ?? how can i track my items ?? are they lost or what??

there were some delay in Beijing. wait one or two more weeks, they should arrive then.

but how can i track it out china?? because i have only 19 days for refund .. i am afraid to lost my money and dont recieve my package !! There is no way to track my shipment ?? or Some agent to contact regarding my package ?

it has been sent to airline 11 Sep 2014, i read in your website that if there are more than 30 days after sent airline .. i should by worry !! and ask refund .. !! Really i need away to track my items ! This link not wroking http://track-chinapost.com/track_qatar.php !!

you can open dispute before buyer protection deadline expires. you can not control the arrival date.
