Post Tracking information not updating

I ordered 2 jerseys from aliexpress and was given a tracking code RF167449292CN.
It is said from the website that my item was shipped on 24.01.2016 . It has been over a month and the tracking info was not updated further. The one and only information provided from the tracking number was on 25.01.2016 "electronic data has been received". Any idea of where my package is ? Is it going to reach my place or is it stuck somewhere?

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php shows only one result "Electronic Data Received", this means your seller applied a tracking number from china post but never actually ship the goods. You should open dispute to aliexpress against fraud shipment.
