Hi,

Can you please help me track following 2 orders:
1. RK286209791CN
Stuck at "Send item abroad (EDI-received)" since August 19

2. RK287453492CN
Stuck at "Receive item from customer (Otb)" since August 27.
The seller for order RK287453492CN is saying China Post has not updated the tracking information.

shipping to india might take 4 to 8 weeks. status will freeze for quite long time after the parcel left china. you need some patient.

Same here the tracking information hasn't been updated for my order RG214590395 from past 5days and it shows no record that the parcel has been sent to Fiji. It only shows that parcel is still stuck in Shanghai( Internal Transit). Wonder why the china post is so slow slack in updating result and also there is no way for us to contact china post.

I have contacted the post in china and they told a order no: RI517090159CN had the same situation like us. That is the order was hold up in china for quiet 2months before being sent out. Which indicates our orders are lost or china post stole it or they holding it up for no reason.
