Hii,

My parcel from china got stuck in kolkata for 2 months. ma order no is RH028587665CN.
and tracking shows as below,

7/2/2015 6:23:00 PM
China 200237 Receive item from customer (Otb) Air KOLKATA AIRPORT SORTING OFFICE

7/6/2015 2:24:00 PM
China BEIJING Insert item into bag (Otb) Air KOLKATA AIRPORT SORTING OFFICE

7/7/2015 8:02:00 AM
China BEIJING Send item abroad (EDI-received) Air KOLKATA AIRPORT SORTING OFFICE

Could someone plz help me in finding ma parcel,.,.???

(EDI-received) means the parcel has not arrived India yet. you need open dispute.

RF054497433CN stuck at beijing airpot since 28july its not movien from there its been almost 20days

RH144014006CN just showing Shanghai Exchange Bureau, have been exported to each other (internal transit) they did this thing 5 times between interval of 3 4 days i get to see this message

RH144014006CN should have problem in shanghai customs. You can wait one more week and see if the parcel arrives India, if not , open dispute to seller.

i guess u dont have anything thats not allowed in that package

DEAR VIKGOW10 AND NANDEEP , YOUR PARCEL HAS LEFT BEIJING AIRPORT BUT HAS NOT REACHED INDIA , ACCORDING TO THE NEW NEWS I FOUND 2 DAYS AGO , OUR CHINA RELATED PARCELS TRAVELS 3 TO 5 WEEKS AROUND THE WORLD BEFORE IT REACHES INDIA AFTER IT LEAVES CHINA AIRPORT ,

I AM MYSELF IN CONTACT WITH THE ADMIN AS TO KNOW WHAT KIND OF A PROCESS IT IS , AND WHY IT HAPPENS , I WILL INFORM YOU ONCE I FIND THE ANSWER . TILL THEN HAVE PATIENCE AND WAIT AND CALCULATE THE TIME ACCORDINGLY
